Q: In Outlook 2002 the View date filters are not working properly.
A: This is caused by a known bug in Outlook 2002 that was fixed in the latest service pack from Microsoft. For the service pack fix to work, a registry entry must be edited.
For the registry edit, please go here: Microsoft Knowledge Base
For the latest Office XP service pack, go here: Microsoft Knowledge Base
Q: I get the following message: “Outlook 2002 cannot load custom form, using default Outlook form instead.”
A: Outlook 2002 keeps a cached copy of each form from each folder that the user accesses. You need to increase the custom form cache size.
In Outlook, go to tools, options, Other tab, Advanced Options button, then the Custom Forms button. The Temporary storage for forms needs to be increased. The default for Outlook is 2048 kilobytes. Depending on the number of folders that this user can access you ill need to increase this accordingly. Allot 1MB per 3 folders as a minimum. IE, if the user has access to 9 Salesplus.Net folders, increase the size to 3072 kilobytes.
Q: When I open a Saleplus.net item I get the default Outlook contact form
A: You need to clear the forms cache. Instructions on finding the forms cache for your version of Windows can be found here: Microsoft Knowledge Base
Once you find your forms Cache, simply close out of Outlook (to release the file lock on the forms), then delete all of the files and folders in your forms cache. You can then restart Outlook.

Q: When I open a contact in Salesplus.Net I get a message that an object could not be loaded, after clicking ok, the contact form comes up but the activity and opportunity lists are empty and are a reduced size.
A: You need to run the salesplus.net install file on the computer. This usually happens on a computer that has not run Salesplus.Net before and has not been setup properly.
Q: I have recently installed or upgraded to Outlook 2003 and I constantly get the message “loading form on the computer” and then I get an error and nothing opens.
A: Outlook 2003 has a known bug which causes this to happen whenever you open a contact from the Public Folder Favorites.
