Q: If I change information on the contact such as the company does that change the information on the activities and opportunities?

 

A: No. Activities and Opportunities that are performed against the individual were actually done for company business. It may be best to leave these with the old company as they would apply at the new one.

 

Q: When should I delete old items?

 

A: You shouldn’t.  Having old items in your folders creates a good history trail.  To manage the size of your data, break your folder up into multiple folders.
